Here fishy fishy fishy...

Okay, the bear bath sponge isn't cutting it for bathtime anymore. We've got a swimmer on our hands... well more like a wind-up toy that rolls over and takes off crawling in the water (swish swish). I need to find one of those tripod type seats that you put in the tub so he doesn't get away. When he gets in the crawling position, he sees the bear sponge and goes to give it what I call a kiss and about drowns himself.

I have to say it's much easier to bathe him than it is to change his diaper. As soon as I lay him down, get the diaper half off, he has rolled over goin' places. Someone needs to invent a baby changer for crawling age babies... it's simply impossible to get the diaper on him straight! Crooked bugs me... so I fight him and do my best to win the battle with my Hercules.

He is so cute!! I love bath pictures!! I remember how hard it was to hold on to those slippery bodies.

The bath rings work pretty well until their little legs get chunky. Then it's hard to get them out.

He sure is a doll!

I have that same problem with Boo. He's okay in the bath because I cheat and still use his infant tub. Its before and after which is the problem with the constant rolling away!

i had a "bath crawler" too and when he was 9mos. old we started a "swimming" class at our local community center and he LOVED it. seems like you have a water bug on your hands, too!

Love the cute pictures of Liam at bath time, just when I think he can not get any cuter he out does himself. Wish I could reach right into the picture and give him a great big hug and kiss from grandma. Miss him so very very much.Bath time was always a fun time for me when the kids were all little. It was hard to tell who had more water on them the kids or the walls and floor but they always had a good time.

Ohmygosh! He's totally cute! And let me tell you, Maddie would be doing the same thing if she didn't have her own tub to bathe in. I think she has the exact same rubber ducky. Does it have the word "hot" on the bottom to test the temperature of the water?
