Today's Report

#1. Liam got his first fat lip today. Yeah, after falling backwards all this time, he finally did a face plant. Good thing the pacifier is in 90% of the time, so nobody will notice.

#2. I got home from work and found Purr Bug here:

#3. Ian (my hubby) was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection today. He got a plethera of prescriptions that we picked up tonight, but the most important one is rest. That means I get to do the yard work this weekend! :) Get well soon, Honey!

#4. I finally finished Tori's taggie tonight (for Liv). I will deliver it tomorrow.

UGH - I have been there when my sons had a respiratory problem. I felt SO overwhelmed with all the meds and directions.

Love the photo of your cat!!!

Give Liam hugs -- OUCH!!!

I'd like to know what a taggie is too. My youngest got RSV and pneumonia when she was 4 months. It was horrible. Hopefully Liam will feel better soon!

Your cat is adorable! We frequently find our cat Sable sunbathing on the baby's changing table. Have yet to get a picture of that though!

I like the taggie! But I'm wondering how you make it stay even and centered after washing. Do you prewash? Do you tie it? I'm assuming you don't use a batting?? Just flannel?

A few people made me receiving blankets but none of them came out right after their first washing. The seams are all askew. I sew, and have quilted, but I've never made anything without tying or quilting it so I've never had that problem... just wondering if you did.

Love the new house pics too!

I forgot to mention how cute I thought the way you alternated the ribbons. I was a little worried when I picked out all the different colors, etc... but you made it look awesome. :)

Oh, that makes me want a nap. Okay, move over kitty!

Cute taggie! I've been wanting to copy your idea and make one, but my sewing machine is broke at the moment, again.

Hope Ian is feeling better!
